The Town of Westlock is completing a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The Master Plan will provide the information needed by municipal leaders to guide our decision-making related to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of parks and recreation programs, services, and facilities. The Master Plan is scheduled to be completed in late 2023.
