To get started, you’ll need to log in or create an account. If you need assistance, a user guide is available to guide you through every step.  Here's the key steps you'll need to know:

1. Gather the documents you'll need to apply.  This includes your application form(s) and any required checklists and drawings. Common application forms are found in the listing below, and a full listing of our application forms and packages can be found here.
2. Go to the PSD CItyWide Portal.
3. Create an account or log-in to your existing account.
4. Select the Town of Westlock as your municipality.
5. Click on the module button for the type of application you'd like to make:

6. Complete the fields as prompted, then upload your documents.
7. Review the summary, then submit your application..
8. Repeat steps 5 through 7 for all permits you'd like to apply for your project.
9. Town staff will be in touch once they've reviewed your application with next steps, including payment of fees.
