Ages 6 & Under: Second Floor (by the walking track)
Ages 7–12: Fieldhouse, Court 1
Come down on Saturday afternoons and try and win some packages of meat.
Enjoy a workout that is invigorating and refreshing, yet low impact. This class combines cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength to provide you with an enjoyable workout.
