Short Course:

Comprised of a 500 m, pool swim, 20 km bike (highway), and a 5 km run (within town limits).

Long Course:

Comprised of 1 km pool swim, 35 km bike (highway), and a 10 km run (within town limits). 

Entry fee includes a short sleeve t-shirt, race package, chip timing as well as post race snacks and refreshments.
